2 Eligibility and Registration

2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and all deposited funds and bonuses being confiscated.
3 Account Management
3.1 Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and conditions, and kc33 may close your account at any time for this reason.
3.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
kc33 may request identity verification at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Approved Methods
kc33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Depositing via a third-party account is strictly prohibited — all transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.

New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) — this is the wagering requirement.
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus. To withdraw that bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 (10x) in bets.
5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each member may use each promotional offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- The rate at which wagering requirements are fulfilled may vary depending on the game played.
- If a bonus offer has a set expiry, the conditions must be met within that time period.
- kc33 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
The kc33 VIP program has five tiers that provide weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active and engaging in a greater volume of gaming activity on the platform. No specific turnover is published for each tier — overall participation is taken into account.
6 Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 Gaming Activities
The kc33 platform offers slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, card games, and many other types of games. All games are operated according to set rules, and each game has its own regulations.
6.2 Finality of Betting Decisions
Once any bet or game round is completed, it cannot be changed. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, kc33 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.
6.3 Cricket Betting
Cricket betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international matches. If a match is suspended or cancelled, kc33 will settle bets according to its own rules. If a match result changes for any reason, calculations will be revised based on the new result.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc33 platform:
- Cheating, fraud, or any kind of deceptive behavior.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Making transactions from a third-party account.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems or network.
- Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward other users or staff.
Any member found to be involved in any of the above activities will have their account immediately and permanently closed, and all funds may be confiscated. Legal action will be taken if necessary.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

While kc33 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. kc33 is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.
9.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is affected by software errors, communication failures, or other technical issues, kc33 will make a decision based on a fair investigation. In such cases, kc33's decision will be considered final.
9.3 Third-Party Services
kc33 is not responsible for the quality of service or disruptions from payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and game providers. The terms and conditions of those providers may also apply.
10 Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
10.2 Suspension or Closure by kc33
kc33 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- A proven violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- In accordance with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
- In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.
